And in the alternative, men are less happy with women that aren’t as attractive as they are.  I love it when people waste time and money to research something that is common sense.

You don’t need to be a scientist to know that men are happier with women that are attractive, especially ones that are more attractive than themselves.  Let’s be real, we all know (or have reason to know) where we stand on the attractiveness spectrum.  My friend Mike Rafi and I believe there’s a +/- 2 when it comes to attractiveness.  Thus, if you are a 6, you probably won’t ever date a woman above a 8.  A woman that’s a 4 is also in your range, but you’ll never date her because at a minimum you’re going to want someone that’s on your level (6).

This “research” study proves what we all know: if you pair up the “average Joe” with a supermodel, he’s probably going to be happier than if he marries the cute girl from work.  That’s just life ladies and gents.

So how does this play into the Manogamy Movement?  People are less likely to cheat when they are happy, so I encourage you to marry the woman that you want.  Don’t get married because it’s convenient or because all of your friends are getting married.  If you want to marry a woman that looks like Kim Kardashian, you’re probably never going to be satisfied until you do.  And be realistic as well.  ALWAYS aim for the fringes of your range (+2).  If you’re a 6 and you’ve got a 8 on your hands, you may want to lock that down and be faithful because you don’t know the next time you’ll come across another woman life her.
